My personal favorites are the organic Lumberjack, Elusive, and the Breakfast Blend roasts. Lumberjack is sourced from Guatemala and Ethiopia, features toffee and caramel flavor notes, and you can specify whether you want light, medium or dark roast. Elusive is sourced from Colombia and Ethiopia and features brown sugar and chocolate flavor notes.
